The picture below shows a completed conveyor installation INSIDE a 53’ trailer.
In addition to conveyor inside the trailer, this system requires 53’ of conveyor at the shipping and receiving end of this operation. While the trailer is out making a delivery, the fork lift operator can load the 53’ of conveyor adjacent to the trailer loading dock door.
When the truck arrives back at the shipping location, the operation is simple:
A) Lower spring assisted conveyor to bridge between Trailer and Dock
B) Plug in twist lock power cord
C) Hit the “go button”
60 seconds later, the entire truck is loaded.
