Power Designers Concludes Restructuring Plan

Madison, Wisconsin — Power Designers is pleased to announce the conclusion of its restructuring plan with the acquisition of the company by a large private financial equity group. The new company will operate under Power Designers USA LLC.

“Although there has been considerable speculation about Power Designers’ future within the past few months, Power Designers’ future was never in question as the company went through a pre-arranged restructuring process that resulted in the aforementioned acquisition” said Dr. Nasser Kutkut, founder and CEO of Power Designers USA LLC. “This transaction gave the new Power Designers a solid financial position from which we can continue pursuing our aggressive growth plans. We are already expanding our management and sales teams to build a world class organization” added Dr. Kutkut.
