PALFINGER North America's educational institution, Palfinger University, has seen continued success since it first opened its doors back in 2005.  It has also seen much change and growth.

  

Staying true to the company's core values of Innovation and Education, Palfinger University has become an integral part of instructing the North American workforce in the areas of sales, service and installations for PALFINGER's products new and old.

   

Joining the Tiffin, Ohio location, the new locations are Trenton, New Jersey and Cerritos, California.  The seven instructors that conduct the courses are experts from PALFINGER North America's Sales and Service teams.

 

The new locations offer students the convenience of a closer location, and also enable the University to conduct classes simultaneously in multiple locations.  At this point in time, the school boasts a combined schedule of nearly 40 classes for the 2011 calendar year.

 

In addition to the new locations and the changes to the course content, the addition of new technology that assists the trainers, particularly in the area of service, has also been a welcome change.  Electronic display boards, simulators, computer software and automated models helps the trainers in trouble-shooting exercises and teaching product knowledge.

 

The future is bright for Palfinger University and they hope to continue to expand into other types of training as requested by their dealers and end customers.   Regardless of weather the participants attend training for Sales or Service and no matter which product is the focus of study; they will most definitely secure a competitive advantage from their achievement.
