Hyster Dealer MH Equipment Purchases Territory in Missouri
PEORIA. IL. – (October 8, 2010) – MH Equipment based in Peoria, IL has recently announced that they will assume the Hyster territory in the St. Louis and Cape Girardeau markets from Shipping Utilities as of October 8, 2010. Along with the purchase of a majority of their assets, MH Equipment will also bring on board thirty-four experienced parts, sales and service employees, including 13 skilled technicians.

Purchased in 1994 by John Wieland, MH Equipment has been a Hyster dealer since 1952 and has grown substantially over the past decade. The company has expanded to 25 branches in 10 states: Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Missouri, Nebraska, Ohio, South Dakota, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania. Throughout its ten states, MH Equipment provides sales, rental, parts, service, training, fleet management and support for numerous products, including Hyster forklifts, JCB Construction equipment, Genie lifts, Rico custom forklifts, Mariotti small capacity lift trucks and other related material handling equipment.
